A Reminder About Electronic Delivery
The monthly HOA newsletter is available via electronic delivery. You can sign up for this by clicking here and requesting a subscription. You will be agreeing to receiving the newsletter via electronic delivery and will be opting-out of postal delivery. This helps save time and costs for the association.

The regularly scheduled HOA Board Meetings are moving to Sundays! They will be normally scheduled for the first Sunday of the month going forward.
June 19th, 2018
A new dedicated web site is going to be used for storing and subscribing electronically to things like the newsletters. This subscription service will supersede any previous subscription or notification systems that were used for notifications about updates to the meeting minutes or newsletters. If you wish to opt-in for electronic delivery of the newsletter, please subscribe at the web site and pay careful attention to the confirmation email that you receive. As a reminder, meeting minutes will be delivered in the newsletters until further notice.

We would like to remind homeowners that an ARC form needs to be submitted and approved for improvements to homes. These improvements include (but are not limited to) roof replacements, window replacements, painting, driveway work, etc. This is required by the Sunrise HOA Covenants and failure to do so will result in violation notices. If you have recently replaced a roof without ARC approval, please submit an ARC form immediately with a copy of the work permit.

An alligator has been spotted in the lake. Fish and Wildlife has been contacted to remove it. Please exercise care when around the lake until we can confirm that it is no longer present.
Hurricane Repair Update September 23, 2017
The ARC has been busy approving ARC forms for roof repairs and replacements. If you need to have your roof repaired or replaced, please remember to submit an ARC form in a timely fashion. As more ARC-specific information is available, this content will be updated.

Sunrise Entrance Notice Update July 7, 2017
Many neighbors have expressed negative feedback in regards to the removal of the large trees located at our community's entrance. We would like to share an update on these activities.
The removed trees were located on the Springs of Suntree's (SOS) property and not Sunrise. SOS's original plan was to remove the invasive vines that covered these trees. Once the work commenced, the landscaping company determined that it was not possible to remove the vines, so the trees were removed.
Shortly, the landscaping company contracted by SOS will be grinding down some of the tree stumps that remain. Once this is completed, the Sunrise board will start discussing with vendors ways the landscape on our side of the property can be improved.

There have been reports of several lights damaged in our community. The bulbs have been smashed. We are working with Eau Gallie Electric to repair these lights.
Based on the damage, we believe this might be an act of vandalism. If you see anyone suspicious in our neighborhood, please report it to the police immediately.
Please report to the board if you notice any additional lights that have been damaged and provide the location(s).
Our community is located in Suntree, in the heart of Brevard County, Florida. Brevard County is home to the John F. Kennedy Space Center and world renown Ron Jon's Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach. Suntree is a 45 minute drive from Orlando and attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort.
