A Friendly Reminder!
We would like to remind homeowners that an ARC form needs to be submitted and approved for improvements to homes. These improvements include (but are not limited to) roof replacements, window replacements, painting, driveway work, etc. This is required by the Sunrise HOA Covenants and failure to do so will result in violation notices. If you have recently replaced a roof without ARC approval, please submit an ARC form immediately with a copy of the work permit.
Attention Sunrise Homeowners: Please go to “My Account” and fill out the information to create an account. This will give you access to the Homeowners Area. It is required by Florida Law to have these documents protected. Your email will also be used for any important notices in the future.
