Our community is located in Suntree, the heart of Brevard County, Florida.  Brevard County is home to Patrick SFB, NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Port Canaveral, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and both the world renown Ron Jon's Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Surf Company in Cocoa Beach.  Suntree is a 45 minute drive from Orlando and attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort.  Suntree is a fast growing community surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods, recreational activities such as golf, gorgeous Atlantic beaches, and Brevard's very own zoo are just minutes away!
